Backnang, Germany – Hiltron Communications, a globally active satellite system integrator, manufacturer and distributor, announces a new addition to its management team with the appointment of Jean-Luc George van Eeckhoutte as Sales Manager for the EMEA region. He brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role and joins from RF technology company Spinner GmbH.

"Jean-Luc has an excellent track record of achievement in the satcom sector, combining a good understanding of the technology with proven skills in sales and business management," comments Hiltron Managing Director Antonio Monteverde. "He joins us at a significant time in the company's development as we broaden our customer base from our primary focus on Europe."

"It is a great pleasure to be joining a company with the strong reputation Hiltron has achieved both as a satcom equipment manufacturer and systems integrator," Jean-Luc George van Eeckhoutte. "The extensive Hiltron product catalogue includes long-established products such as the highly respected HMAM family of motorised antenna mounts plus the glue equipment used at the core of many communication systems. I hope to build on that success."
